✅ Eligibility

• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and opened vape kits cannot be returned unless faulty.

⚡ Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the item is inspected.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method once the return is approved.

🚚 How to Return

• Email us at contact@vapore.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
